SOFT PLAY POLICY

FEES AND ADDITIONAL COST

All fees are as follows and will be applied to each package in addition to package price as they apply:

Outside Event Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $50

Travel Fee: $1.20 per mile round trip + $20 Delivery Fee

Refundable Security Deposit: $150 (Returned if all items are pick up undamaged) 

Booking Deposit of 30% down of Total Price | Remaining due 24hours before event

Total Required To Book = $150 Refundable Security Deposit + 30% Non-Refundable Deposit

POLICY OF RENTAL

Damage & Cleaning Fee


1. All Softplay require an
additional $150 Security deposit



2. Security Deposit is
refundable within 2 business days after
proper inspection.

3. Balls in ballpit, NO cake, drinks or
facepaint on any equipment, NO
Heel Holes in the mats, etc.
IF DAMAGES ARE FOUND Security/Damage fee Deposit is NON-
Refundable.

4. Keep area free from the
following: FacePaint, Paint, Glitter,
Slime, Temporary Tattoos, Cake,
Food, Drinks, Sharp Punctures, Heel
Holes, ANY THING & EVERYTHING
that can affect the next events uses of rental.

5. If any damages is made on equipment, renter's is responsible for paying for them. Price of damages range from ($150-$400) 

Rules


1. Softplay area is designed for ages
0-5 years old

2. Please note that all guests who
enter the Soft Play Area / Ballpits SHOULD NOT have
shoes, heels, food, cale, drinks,
gum, candy, facepaint or sharps.

3.Ladies, Please do not go in the
Softplay area with your heels on, as
they make holes in our mats, and
will constantly have to be replaced.


 

Liability

There should not be any
 pushing, shoving, or rough play on
 equipment that could result in a 
injury. A.J Soft Play is not 
responsible for any injuries (slips,
falls) that may occur during the
 event. Children should be 
supervised at all times. This is the 
responsibility of the renter, and 
other adults that will be present.

 

WEATHER WARNING FOR OUTDOOR SETUP

If there is any chance of rain in your area at 12am on the day of your event, we will NOT set up outdoors. You have the option to move your set up indoors or select an alternate date (subject to availability).

If it begins to rain during your event, we retrieve the equipment regardless of party duration. We will work with you to reschedule your event for a later date. There will be no refunds.
